What should I do if my pool water turns cloudy or green?
Don’t worry! This usually happens due to pH imbalance or low chlorine after rain or heavy use. We apply a shock treatment to quickly restore water clarity.
Is it necessary to drain the pool to clean it?
Almost never. With proper chemical treatment and effective vacuuming, we can restore even heavily neglected water without wasting thousands of liters.
Do you also maintain the pump and filter?
Yes, as part of the service we check that baskets are clean, the filter pressure is correct, and the system runs smoothly to prevent costly repairs.
Can I use the pool immediately after the service?
If it’s a routine cleaning and balancing, we recommend waiting about 30 minutes. If a shock treatment is applied, we’ll let you know the waiting time (usually 24 hours).
Do you clean sand or cartridge filters?
Yes, as part of our full service we perform backwashing for sand filters or deep cleaning for cartridge filters to keep the water crystal clear.
Can chlorine irritate eyes or skin?
We use controlled and balanced doses. If the pH is properly adjusted, chlorine should not cause irritation. Irritation is usually a sign of improper pH, not excess chlorine.
Do you service saltwater pools?
Absolutely! These systems require special care for the electrodes and salinity levels, which we monitor on every visit.
